Shipping & Delivery Policy

Thank you for shopping with GMNT SPLY Worldwide. Please review our shipping and delivery policy carefully before placing your order. Each Barhartt Barpenter Pants drop is produced in limited quantities and may follow a preorder timeline.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3–5 business days after payment is successfully received.
This is a preorder drop, production and fulfillment may take 3–6 weeks before shipment. Estimated timelines will always be clearly stated on the product page at the time of purchase.
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Rates & Methods
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:
- Order size & weight
- Shipping destination
- Selected shipping methods
We currently ship via reliable national carriers within the United States. International shipping availability will be announced separately when offered.
Delivery Timeframes
After your order has shipped:
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
Please note: Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by carrier delays, holidays, weather, or unforeseen circumstances. GMNT SPLY is not responsible for shipping delays once the package is in the carrier’s possession.
Address Accuracy
Customers are fully responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. GMNT SPLY is not responsible for lost or undeliverable packages due to incorrect address information.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for additional reshipping fees.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Once a package has been marked as Delivered by the carrier, GMNT SPLY is not responsible for stolen packages.
If your order arrives damaged, you must:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide clear photo evidence of the damage and packaging
Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible for replacement consideration.
Preorder Policy
All preorder items:
- Cannot be canceled after the order window closes
- Begin production only after the drop ends
- All sales are final
Estimated shipping windows for preorder items will be displayed at checkout.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the limited nature of our drops:
- All sales are final
- No refunds, returns, or exchanges unless the item arrives defective
If your item arrives with a verified manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery for resolution.
